Maybe he has to play shit and cry to get in the team. That's how laporte got back inMy main concern was the performance of John Stones.
Hopefully that is his crap game out of his system.

It appeared to me that Ferna decided to abandon the CDM role and join what effectively became a back 5. The midfield then had just Gudogan and KDB so they pissed straight through us. Possibly Lavia would have been a better bet in the absence of Rodri..It pissed me off more than most matches we lose.
Something about seeing us play like we didn't give a shit at all, with the kids waiting on the bench, and then half a dozen senior players at the club losing their heads over a few non decisions and suddenly decide they cared after 75 mins, and then fail anyway.
The weekend cant come soon enough, we need to put that behind us ASAP.
I think Pep is going to absolutely murder some of them in the dressing room. Walker, Gundo, Stones, Fern, Mahrez and Grealish really let themselves down.
It doesn't have to be a bad thing if it puts a rocket up them for the rest of December.
Nonsense.Maybe he has to play shit and cry to get in the team. That's how laporte got back in
Have a stab yourself see who set foot on that pitch in a meaningless game and ponder if it was worth the risk.So who are you complaining about?
can we afford passengers?can you get form back from sitting on the bench ?
We were also missing Cancelo. It was a poor performance but though the team looked impressive on paper it was missing Dias, Rodri, Bernardo. The big debate at the moment is whether we are better with or without KdB but it is inescapable that we are better with Bernardo by a mile, and Rodri has been excellent this season. Cancelo has been a massive influence this season. Steffen had a very good game and Zinchenko performed to his usual excellent standard but the back five lacked the cohesion and understanding. Further forward the personnel was impressive but lacked the sparkle on the pitch that we expect. It seems that a subconscious lack of motivation was responsible. Yet again too many jump on a bandwagon that holds Guardiola responsible for a defeat because of his strange team selection. Why did he take so many young players but only give one five minutes? That's the manager's job and he decides. He's a genius when he beats Chelsea, plays Liverpool off the park and humiliates the rags, but a Catalan dimwit when he loses a dead rubber in Germany.
Hope so,that said its still 2.5 million quid down the drain even if the points mean't nowt.If it was a league game or important points dropped I'd understand. Sometimes we will lose and it's annoying but the game meant nothing. I'm sure pep and the lads have learned a lesson from it and will come back fighting
