Man, maybe...I just can't see it. Pep seems like the kind of guy who would be (rightfully imo) pretty offended if someone suggested to him a team for financial reasons!

I'm sure he gets a winning bonus too. And it'd feed into a potential striker transfer.

I don't mind Pep going strong. Would have liked Mcatee or Palmer though.

All I want is no injuries.

we’re still playing against a champions league team - dont think it makes any sense to throw in 4/5 youngsters who cant handle the pace and then we have players like Stones and Walker running around full pelt trying to stem the tide

You get £2.5m for winning a single group game in the Champions League - that's more than winning the Carabao and FA Cup campaigns combined. I reckon that probably explains the strong side!
And Pep repeating the word “Rhythm” lots in his pre match presser.

I don’t think anyone has said throw in 4/5 youngsters. just Palmer and maybe Mcatee have been the main suggestions.

I am confident that a number of changes will be made in the second half and I hope that includes Lavia for Fern, Wilson-Esbrand for Zin, McAtee for Foden and Palmer for Grealish/KDB.

Disappointed in the line up. Surely a couple of the youngsters should start.

It may not mean anything qualification wise, but Pep will want to maintain momentum as well a get mins in legs of those needing them. I'm confident Pep would say no game is meaningless.

I get what your saying, but that applies to all games and we will always want momentum. Just a bit disappointed not to see one youngster in a training game
