Rodri shouldn't play imo. The team needs to find a way to play without him, it will prepare them for Arsenal. We'll probably still win the group even with a loss.

There’s also little point in being handed a comparatively favourable draw in the Champions League only to go and make a pig’s ear of it. A point or more in Leipzig should still give us the luxury of resting players later in the group matches, which over the campaign may be no bad thing.

Completely disagree, we know we haven't adequate cover for Rodri in the club at the moment, we shouldn't create a weaker team in the CL just to practice for Arsenal. One game at a time.
Maybe we might have Stones or someone else back for Arsenal. Pep likes to spring a surprise selection when he can. Not sure if you're being a wum/ an opposition fan on a wind up or just a bit thick? But not playing Rodri is an absurd suggestion imo! ;-)

Why should Rodri play? Its a piss poor group that we'll likely win. Kovacic needs minutes, there's only two games before the Int break. Play the same team that will play vs Arsenal.

well far from perfect, many mistakes but still a draw.
i still believe they’re overperforming, injuries, lost 4 key players from last season, new signings mostly benched except simons and openda. lukeba only started playing cause of orban’s injury.

they only lost one home game since february i think, and that was against bochum right after the manchester massacre. i wonder how they’ll cope with city, that was not a defeat, that was annihilation.
