Foy has told City he thinks the tackle warrants a red card, we don't agree. He's said he won't change his mind but you can appeal it and see if the Panel agree.

If that is true then I'd be a little bit worried that they might even increase his ban.

I might be wrong but I was udner the impression that you can't downgrade a red card to a yellow card, can't think of an appeal that has resulted in that outcome.
