Delighted with that result. That’s the hardest game in European football, away at Madrid against a fully rested side to boot.

Lads never gave in at any times and we now have them at ours where we will be favourites.

Hopefully Phil is ok and that was just a knock as the lad can turn a game on its head in the blink of an eye.

Really enjoyed that game, makes a difference when 2 teams want to play football. Take the draw all day long and hopefully Walker and KDB back for the 2nd leg at fortress Etihad. Real be afraid you have to beat the champions of Europe away. Remember what happened last year !

They made us work for it, but we worked hard second half and deserved at least a point.
