Real Madrid (A) Post Match Thread

Unprofessional, that's all there is to say really, it would be good to say the better team won, but that's not the case, certainly the 'cleverer team' probably won, as did dirty football, corrupt officiating and the wider anti-City agenda. But we only have ourselves to blame...
If we only have ourselves to blame why try and blame dirty football, corrupt refs and some supposed anti city agenda.
Your last line was the only sensible bit.
WE ONLY HAVE OURSELVES TO BLAME!!

To play without a striker for 2 years is at best negligent but probably deserves heads to roll

Guardiola bottled again, i think it doesnt calm the team when they need that, i think he most teach his players how to waste time, break the rithm
How is this guardiolas fault??? He isn’t in the field marking players!! Cancelo let benzema go for the cross. Laporte has no idea where rodrigo is even those he is half his size. Wtf you on about pep bottled it??

Grealish singing it was cost us tonight & could cost us the season. Why the fuck did we spend 100m on him instead of buying an actual goal scorer over the 2 legs the chances we had should of been a cricket score. Couldn’t justify at the start of season & very fucked off about it now

Absolute fuckin joke, I'm the biggest happy clapper but that is inexcusable.

Late soft penalties in both ties ( both scored btw) fuckin suicide job.

The Team on at the end was never gonna see it out, appalling game management.

De Bruyne and Rodri were taken of ffs.
Pep never makes subs, a lot of times we are struggling and he does nothing, when we don't need them that much he decides to make several subs disrupting the team organization when we were calm, winning, and Madrid doing nothing

We didn’t throw it away. It was just an incredibly unlucky 2 minutes. They were always going to have a chance but at 1-1 we never had the chance to manage the game.
we need to get over this quickly

I’ve been saying for a while that we’re sleepwalking into a crisis with Walker. He’s so, so important to us and he’s also 32 years old and heavily reliant on pace.

What’s the post-Walker plan? Because we don’t seem to have one.

Knowing City he'll leave and we won't get a replacement, instead using Jesus as a false right back.

Our fans next match should lift up player spirit later at Newcastle. They need all support they can get for remaining match.

Sure it's hurt but we still need to keep supporting the player, we can't let them down spiralling mentally from there.

So so so so so naive again

spoiling tactics as soon as Mahrez scored exactly like Madrid did when they went ahead and we are booking our trips to Paris

so utterly frustrating
