You are aware we’ve won some stuff of late?typical city anybody?
You are aware we’ve won some stuff of late?typical city anybody?
I believe we need to win as many prem titles as poss before it becomes as corrupt and bias towards us as the chumps leagueThis, fkin this!! Lets win the PL AGAIN and then go again next season for this CL, as corrupt as it is, I just want to shove a red hot poker in the UEFA totally corrupt & vile bastards eyes and win it ........ once will be more than enough.!! I would even be happy with us saying "Nah, we don't want to enter it anymore" .... once we've won it!
These type of posts embarass me more than the team playing today. We'll never win the CL. UEFA won't let us.
We pissed on their chips over FFP and they’ll never forgive us.
We didn't deserve to win tonight and the ref made sure we weren't getting back level in extra time.
If we blow the PL now, we should look back on this as a disappointing season.
At least I won’t be shitting myself for the next 24 days worrying about possibly losing to the dippers in the final. If we win our next 4 games it’s still been a great season.
Thought Kev was poor as well....I'm sorry mate but Foden was poor tonight.
I don't care who wins it. One will be sickened. No they won't beat them.
And this fiasco won't help.People who say City doesn't have a mentality problem in CL are deluding themselves.
Kev's head was gone. Frustrated big time with the ref.Grealish created more in his 20 mins that Kevin did for most of the game. Not sure what Sterling was meant to do vs. a back 11. There are many more issues tonight before sticking on them two
I’m going off on a tangent, but the knock on effect is anxiety in the crowd at the Etihad, we fear the worst and it often kills the atmosphere. That’s exactly why Typical City is still mentioned.
We’re the Kings of England yet we’ve lost to English teams three times in the CL when we finished 25 points above Liverpool, 27 points above Spurs, and 19 points above Chelsea. We lost to a team who finished 7th in the French league. And we’ve gone out tonight after missing loads of chances in the first leg and acting like a naïve bunch of amateurs not understanding how to see a game out tonight.
Considering how good we actually are, yet we pull this shit in the CL every year, this is why Typical City lives on. It is literally typical of us to build us up to let us down, to do daft things, to look like we could score ten and then gift the opposition the game.
Correct. We were destroyed in a 30-minute spell in the first leg. We were too gung ho so that was another tactical defeat. The ref didn't help in the second leg but we were doomed by then.certainly wasnt bad luck against liverpool they beat us 5-1 over 2 legs!
I’m at Piccadilly and I’ve not assaulted anyone yet, I’m taking that as a positiveIt still haunts us whether we like it or not !!
We have a defensive problem, due to lack of suitable personnel.People who say City doesn't have a mentality problem in CL are deluding themselves.
We can only hope that City's owners, manager and players are as upset as the supporters and resolve to put it right. I'm sure they will. CTID.no luck eh?
wonder why?
bookings that never should have been?
red cards that should of been?
penalties that never should have been?
only playing about half the time the game should be played for?
no luck for a reason mate.
sounds like sour grapes but even that prick mcmanaman couldnt believe have the stuff what was going on
Thought he looked really weird tonight, like a Sterling tribute act.Sterling during that extra time couldn’t decide what he wanted to do with the ball.
The turd shouldn't be on for our games then.Media on BT were unbearable all night, absolute disgrace. At least R Ferdinand just admitted "we didn't really care who went through".
I agree.... many don't.No shots in 90 mins, 3 goals conceded in 94 mins, disgraceful, kdb Rodri Jesus took off, disgraceful, best manager in the world needs to take a look at himself
strange because diving quickly was one of his best habilities , i dont know what happened to him with that , seems more slow and holding more is position..Ederson needs to brave for the first goal, any of the top keepers dive into the thick of that, claim the ball or get a foul. He might be world class with his feet but average at every other part of the game.
