Watched it on RTE.
Shay Given and Liam Brady were much better than anything BT or Sky normally offer.

Brady loved it even though it was as much tactical as anything else. Thought it was the highest quality even though some City players weren’t having their best game.

Thought Rudiger and that other twat roughing up Jack were very lucky not to be on yellows from early in the first half.

Rio was not on air when that video was captured. At the end of the day, he's a United legend. He doesn't want us to do well and that's as it should be. When he's on the air, however, you expect him to uphold the highest standards of impartiality. I think he does ok, certainly better than Neville's recent output of emotionally incontinent drivel. Jake is wrong to leak that video.

That Carvajal nudge on Jack into the boardings in the first half should be a straight red IMO. Not just tonight, I mean as a general law of the game. It’s so needlessly dangerous, I’m sure a lower league player fractured his skull from it recently?
