Realistic outcome now for rest of season

Now with Arsenal winning , Europa league is in sights.. We have no momentum flare or energy and it's like the players are playing for nothing. Sure big whoop we are in all 4 comps but at what cost?

not necessarily, arsenal winning the week is a confidence boost before they play leicester and may mean they beat them next week, which suits us as a win against spurs would put us in points of the top again, if our present form is to be beleived which is

W W W D W L L L D W D W W D W D W L

It would suggest we are either going to lose a couple more or win then draw, so nothing is yet decided

IMO 4th in Prem, lose LC final, knocked out of both FAC and CL

We have been and are still on a very slippery slope under Pelle and the attitude of the players for most of the season

Pep has an awful lot of work to do with the squad we have who are in-disciplined (in a football sense), lazy and don't work hard enough and don't take responsibility. And despite the cost of the individual players and the number of games each has played in their careers not one of them is a leader on the pitch with the exception of Vinny, who as we know is just a sick note so he doesn't count

I think Kompany is crucial, maybe even more off the pitch than on it. Him & the senior players need to get together & drive the team for the run in. The manager is pretty much non existent now, he's a ghost.
Any City 11 is capable of giving any other team's best 11 a game imo. The players should take over & get the job done. Our domestic opponents are nothing more than average.
We will never know for sure but I always had the feeling that in both the run ins when we won titles it came down to the players getting together and driving us on despite the managers. Players like Yaya and Kompany taking control of things almost. I do realise that that makes me sound like a total twat who never wants to give managers credit though.

we have not played well for a long time now, just cant see any light at the end of the tunnel, certainly wont win the league, may scrape 3rd if lucky, think we will get past kiev but thumped by one of the big boys in champs lge qf, liverpool will turn us over at wembley, klipperty has us sussed, as for chelski, already said playing a weakened team so no much chance at all there, its grim i tell thee, grim!!

Realistically, i'd say top 4 and the captial one cup are our realistic aims. I don't think we'll achieve them though as he can't seem to work out how to play against a high pressing team and Klopp will have him on toast again at Wembley

I could see Mancini's hand in the Utd 1-0 game, but other than that I agree, the players dragged us through both times & Yaya was a big part in that of course. I would be surprised if he can repeat it but I recon Vinny, Serge etc still can & just watching Arsenal again, they are nothing. Spurs & Leicester have played without any pressure of expectation.

It really is there for the taking. I recon if Ferguson took over at the swamp tomorrow they would win it with their shitty team. We can do it injuries or not.
