Red Cafe in meltdown

They've resurrected a CL thread now.....great reading:

13 seasons.

No CL - four times.
Out in the group stage - four times.
Out in round of 16 - three times.
Out in Q/F - twice.

Compare their record with ours:

Out in the group stage - twice.
Out in round of 16 - three times.
Out in Q/F - four times.
Out in S/F - twice.
Finalists - once.
Winners - once.

There really is only one team in Manchester.

They did fail. They failed by a huge margin (ie a loss bigger than the allowed £102m iirc over 3 years).

The failure magically disappeared when they got an extra £40m covid allowance, which was £35m+ more than all other PL clubs combined.
And the magical £35m allowance for being partly bought by ‘head in hand’ Jim.

They should have been deducted about 5-8 points for that.

Spending recklessly the past X Windows, they should be deducted even more, spending beyond their means… it’s what ffp/psr is meant to be about, isn’t it Mr Master’s?

Why this isn’t front and centre headline news… oh…
All done on the quiet, not a peep from the media or other clubs who are probably not even aware of the 2nd deal they have done with the PL (Seasons ago the PL also relaxed some of its FFP wage rules at a time Rags had lots of 1st teamer contracts due for renewals and spent heavily again in the transfer market)

A girl I know was very recently a rag employee, her, along with 250 other people have been made redundant.

Where is the media coverage of this?

Surely these people are being snapped up in the job market.
After all, everyone who leaves that shithole suddenly improves no end.

No CL this season either, which they haven't included.

To be strictly neat and tidy that should read ‘Finalists twice’ or ‘Losing finalists once’.

The performance against Liverpool was shocking . I couldn't work out it Utd are getting worse of the Pool are getting better.

Casemiro looks finished but his mega contract has 2 years left to run. Rashford looks lost and De Light looks no better than Maguire.

The funny part is they were bigging up Casemiro before the game, saying he looks sharp and fit compared to last season.
