I like to watch Messi and Iniesta play, so I'm off to support Barcelona now. Farewell, City.

Are you seven years old, and do you know any better?

No, I'm 6. I don't really have an insight into this tbh, as soon as I was old enough, I was told to support City through thick and thin etc, it was sort of a family thing.

You get United 'fans' saying they support them cause it was the first team they watched, and they fell in love or whatever, which is nonsense.

If the Bradford team folded, wouldn't he follow any other local team?

Well I don't think he took as far at this, but Park Avenue fans hate(d) Bradford City fans, seems strange to just support whoever's nearest to you just for the sake of it. My brother was a similar case, his favourite player was Steven Gerrard, hence, following Liverpool, fortunately, he's grown out of that a bit, don't think Football's quite his thing. But with my Dad, United did stick, as it did with me. Honestly, I had no choice in which team I supported, I don't know why my Dad's being brought into this. He sort of, implanted the idea of United in me, and it stuck with me, my brother's proof that he didn't really force anything on us

Why are you on an MCFC forum then? We don't want your life story, I'm afraid. Now, now, get back to your armchair, that's a good boy.
