Hooper knew exactly what he was doing , human error my arse , i bet the f*ckers get together every month and Webb reminds them of the instuctions from the Premier league , four times in a row has to be stopped.
It was clear and obvious cheating , there was absolutely no reason to blow his whistle , he played advantage waved his arm to confirm the advantagehe then looked at Grealish bearing down and goal and earned some brownie points with Webb & Masters.

I don’t think he thought there was an advantage as such as there wasn’t any at that stage, I think he was waiting to see if there was one.

To be fair, that just shows people don’t know the guidance that referees are following when it comes to advantages. He should have used the opportunity to explain that.
