Even when I’m watching other none city games I think to myself “ you poor fuckers have got him today”. As for the other fat **** doing the VAR, well that just about sums him up. Refs used to be assessed by a neutral assessor sitting somewhere in the crowd. Iremember reading an article by a former West Midlands player His report went to the FA who worked closely with the referees association on the discipline as well as appointments and promotions.
I don't know if the private armies today's football have the neutral assessors but if so who do they report to?

All players have a right to their position on the field of play; being in the way of an opponent is not the same as moving into the way of an opponent.

A player may shield the ball by taking a position between an opponent and the ball if the ball is within playing distance and the opponent is not held off with the arms or body. If the ball is within playing distance, the player may be fairly charged by an opponent.
