Ref Watch

Added to the pathetic officiating v the Dippers last weekend. But tonight was on another level, how we got 5 bookings with the stuff they got away with just shows what we are up against. The club needs to start getting stronger with refs, start calling it as it is. There is a reason some teams with serial moaners in refs faces get decisions most weeks.
Imagine your tonight’s ref, if I give that to City I’ll have Simone, the crowd and players in my face ( last weekend it be Klopp and the media). However if I give it against City, they never make a fuss and my job is easier
 
Well that's put paid to my moaning about English referees for a while.

This is what happens when you have little unspoken rules like no yellows until xx minutes and time wasting isn't a problem until the 80th minute.

Oh, and when you have zero bollocks. And I don't mean that sexually, I've seen female refs with more balls that than wet snot rag showed tonight.

Any ref worth their salt will say that, besides officiating and being impartial, player safety is something they regard as important. You can't foresee bad challenges and twists, but inviting a bloody brawl because you're incapable of taking charge results in injuries. Well out of his depth, and we have the fcuked hamstrings, bruises and head wounds to show it. Imbecile.
 
Hahaha, where do you even start with this muppet tonight, most refs in the chumps league are pretty poor but this guy sets a whole new level of shite
 
Unfortunately I posted in the pre-match thread that knowing this referee from the Bundesliga and other UCL games, he can let games get out of his control. @St.Pauli support was a little upset by my opinion claiming ironically that I was an “expert” on him, no I’m not, but I could see from a mile away he wasn’t up for this game. It is one of the worst refereeing performances we’ve had in Europe against us and the competition is tough, VAR included

He was shite, and a coward. He wasn't ready for that match and should focus on Bundesliga.

At least he didn't give a soft pen vs Cancelo right at the end and so we did have much CL worse refs! Brych (oops, a German as well). Lahoz as well.

Typical deescalating modern German style. A bit like Ukraine/Russia and debating how we could possibly help. Disgusting.

Ah, VAR was shite as well.

I said early on to my mates that we had a bent ref, he missed fouls, we should've had a penalty, a couple of corners, he was a joke!

Also, how the fuck didn't VAR get involved when Savic headbutted Sterling i'll never know. That **** should've walked for that alone.
