You are totally correct. The free kick is supposed to be an advantage to the fouled team. If the keeper is not ready thats the keepers fault not the refs. There is nothing in the laws of the game that says you have to wait for the whistle to take a free kickin any case, it's more a courtesy thing once you get in and around the box.what error ?

there are no rules that say you must wait for the defending team to be ready as far as i know, thats why teams want to take the free kick quick. Or am i missing something ? Personally i would like to see refs blow for the penalty kick to be taken when the goalie is kicking the post to waste time !!

The ref seems to add on time but it always seems to benefit the defenders. There is no rule to say the ball has to be in play for the ref to blow for the end.Why should the defending team be given time to arrange a wall or even set themselves up. This means the team who have suffered the foul are penalised. Also, we as paying supporters do not get the time back that is taken setting up walls etc.

We ourselves often take our time on corners in the dying seconds. Mahrez is the worst offender. One of these days will blow before the corner is taken or as soon as the fall is kicked.

He isn’t one of the best refs out there in my opinion, but not sure of the quality of those below him.
Even if there isn't corrupt intent (and it's a big if), the footballing authorities are complicit in the cover up. It's either corruption, or incompetence (perhaps corruption being dressed up as incompetence?), but the PL/FA are 100% aware of what is going on.Almost at the stage now that there needs to be an enquiry into pigmol.
