VAR is Garbage. Garbage. Its shite. I cheered and then immediately felt no joy because I knew VAR was coming. This isn't football. Your team scores so you feel happy and then apprehensive?!?What the fuck? Football is fucking entertainment. Gargh!! Also, to keep this on topic Mariner was about standard today.

Same here.

Seems the PiGMOL pick and chose the frame that suits their narrative. They could EASILY have picked a frame that made Foden appear onside and nobody would have batted an eyelid.
 
Yes it’s frustrating that their keeper takes an age with goal kicks running the click down, there must have been 20 of them today.

But we know he’s going to do it! So stop letting the ball go dead! Make sure you hit the target, make the keeper work! But no, ballooned efforts from distance, over hit crosses, failed dribbles result in countless goal kicks and more opportunities to let the clock tick down. It’s hard to fathom that players that can control the ball so effectively all over the pitch lose composure within sight of goal

It's called manipulating the stat's to give the appearance of a fair contest.

If he'd booked him after the first couple of times he'd held on to the ball too long the game outcome could easily have been different because we'd have been able to press more.

Wrote earlier in the week about refs allowing time wasting from the early minutes and it continues through the whole match.
We made it even easier from the gifted goal on. An early yellow card would stop it and make a more entertaining match.
Lazy twat only broke into a run on a few occasions in the whole match. Even the fatties run more.
 
People have short memories; OMR said at the start of the season that offsides would no longer be given for marginal decisions and the attacker would be given the benefit. Something about thicker lines being used. Hahahahahaha.

From PL website:-
“Firstly, for marginal offside decisions, after the one-pixel lines are applied, the VAR puts on the thicker broadcast lines and where they overlap, those situations will now be deemed as onside.”
