Not many complaints tonight to be honest.
Only complaint was giving Gallagher a warning for 3 fouls within a minute. I thought the yellow card was the warning.

He should have booked Kovacic in the first half when he laid hand on him.Only complaint was giving Gallagher a warning for 3 fouls within a minute. I thought the yellow card was the warning.
Fair one, the overall show was ok though. Sometimes we expect the worst, especially after a cluster like that pillock in the Everton game.Only complaint was giving Gallagher a warning for 3 fouls within a minute. I thought the yellow card was the warning.
Should of booked Gallagher on three occasion, give him license to keep having ago, he relies on aggression as part of his game, so he would have to think twiceNot many complaints tonight to be honest.
The PL will be complaining that we were refereed without an agenda. I normally can't stan Tierney doing our games, but he was OK tonight for once. Not many complaints tonight to be honest.
Tierney has turned into a quite good ref
Tbf that was the first decent performance I have witnessed from him , so I'll reserve judgement on him .
As I said. All you have to do is watch all of our, Liverpool’s, and United’s matches and you’ll see how we are officiated very differently.
And that’s why he had to instruct the lino to put up his flag, as he must’ve known about the ‘blind spot’ and that VAR would not be able to rule it offside so the manipulated on-field decision of ‘offside’ would stand.Again, not micing up referees allows highly suspect VAR decisions like the one in the Liverpool-Wolves FA Cup.
There is absolutely no public evidence that the linesman was calling the corner taker offside. They could have easily settled on that being the reason to disallow the goal because there was no way to prove or disprove it via VAR because the lack of applicable video frame.
I thought it was a red for denying a goal scoring opportunity, but what do I know.A bloke leaps into the air and punches the ball away from the attackers head. A clear penalty but not worthy of a booking. 3 City players trip opposition players to break up play. They are booked. A Chelsea defender fouls Foden for a clear penalty but isn't booked. I am still shaking my head as to how we stroll through a match and comfortably win 4 nowt but have 3 players booked to their one.
