I think it clearly hits his thigh first, he is also trying to move his arm out of the way to make sure it doesn’t hit it. Plus the part of his arm it hits is his sleeve (it hits the Premier League badge) which isn’t hand ball.I still do lnt think that arsenal handball is 100% clear. Should at least be available to the broadcasters, who can either play it live and risk swearing or wait and play it back bleeped out if need be. Absolutely no reason for it to be secret and would remove claims of cheating, including by me.This should be broadcast live at every decision like Cricket and NFL.
