Reform (like some other parties) can promise anything, up to and including a return to 1956, in the safe knowledge they will never have to implement it.

If they did have to implement their insanely impractical policies, the outcome would make Truss look like a financial genius by comparison.

Wishful thinking is not a practical policy.

I've just watched the Tory party political broadcast and the sheer cheek of it was something to behold.

I'm not sure a politicians promise is worth much tbh anyhow.

There is a Butlin’s there.

Once went to a national sales conference in a holiday park in (I think) Essex. But not Butlin’s. It was privately owned. It was in the middle of winter. And it was fucking freezing! Think it was held there as a quid pro quo to pay their massively overdue trade debt off!

The whole thing was nuts!

Went there last month, caravan holiday with the kids. quite suprised how nice the beach and pier was. we had a good time.
