Christ, that takes me back - I went to see Harlem Spirit in '81 or '82, playing at a CND Peace Festival n Alexandra Park with: The Freshies, John Cooper Clark and The Damned. They were all brilliant.
Harlem Spirit also had an ace tune called "Universal Man" (i think), a tribute to Bob Marley, I'll try and find it.
That "Peace Festival" was the most violent gig I've ever been to, when The Damned came on - the sky was filled with glass bottles raining down on everyone, it was like the opening scenes of "Saving Private Ryan". Great days though.
That reminds of the time that I went to Alex Park on the Rock Against Racism gig. I got in trouble from my mum when I got home because I'd been gone all day and I was only 13, must have 78 or 79.
