Relocating The Away Fans: Your Preferred Choice

Keep them where they are now. Love my seat in level 3. Why should loads of people be told to move on the slight chance it will improve the atmosphere (going by the bayern game it won't anyway). They should either keep it how it is now or move the away fans when the new level is is built on the south stand and add some safe standing sections on level 1 to increase the atmosphere.
 
If they reduced the width of the allocated section and put them in levels 1,2 and 3, then we could just give level one for fulham midweek, one and two for swans, baggies etc, and all 3 for large away support and F.A cup/European. This gives us extra seats to sell dependant on away support.
 
East stand - level 3.
Will still be adjacent to singing section when South stand level 3 is complete. Plus the away coach car park is close to exit.
There may be a benefit to the team as the further the away fans are from the pitch, the less likely they will be to influence refereeing decisions.

A big club like us should have an "end" for our supporters to get behind the team, its a well known fact that teams like kicking towards an end behind the goal where their pasionate fans that sing are. ( kop etc )

If moving away fans kills atmosphere then our support has to be questioned for enthusiasm for the team.

South stand needs to be a city end only and the club work with the "better atmosphere campaign" to create a fortress.......

Lets not even go there about FA cup etc were we give away supporters the full south stand and push our singers all over, fkn crazy !

Either that or just accept the fact that the atmosphere at modern day football is shite. It doesn't matter where you move anyone; it'll still be shite. Football has changed in this country. Not quite entering into the spirit of the thread but who cares?
 
I voted for level 3 SS, will reduce loss of seats through segregation, make it harder for away team to celebrate with their fans, the design can be sorted from day one to prevent opportunities for trowing missiles down, food and bars will be easier to manage at each level, it will reduce the banter but as other state, is the same at other grounds already, we just need to learn how to sing more....
