Well thanks for absolutely nothing City. Gave up after 75 minutes and went to the stadium. No queue and staff sat waiting. Get them on the phones ffs!

Moved my dad away from me last season to get wookie jnr a seat next to me. Decided to move to the family stand this season to save money and sit together. No 3 seats together anywhere in the family stand - really!? Ok where else - right at the front of tier one or right at the back of tier three. Great stayed where we are and moved the old man to 3 rows behind us in 102 and a few along.

So for the second season running City have failed to put three people together in a sensible location.

So much for #together it's once again #apart #fail not happy.

Seen your arse big time here havent you.

#crybaby

Nice empathy there.... Not.

Anyone on hold at the moment? As ridiculous as it sounds, I've got 45 minutes to ring in now or wait until after 5pm. Will they be closed by then?

No need for that. Always seem to be plenty of empty seats in the Family Stand.

You cant 'expect' to get 3 seats together and blaming City because other people already have seats is not the way to go about it. There are 2 more days of people swapping and changing seats so why not keep trying and maybe 3 will come available. Common sense really.

I was thinking many would relocate from less popular areas to take seats vacated by those who didn't renew. Those able to visit in person or get through on the phones have got first dibs.

its not citys fault they don't have 3 seats together,in the family stand, did you consider,3 seats together in the same vicinity,?

Rang at 9.06 and 2 hours later it rang and then a woman's voice said the wait time is 45 mins so gave up would of been 3 hours which is a joke

I agree with that but I don't think you understand what I was getting at in my post. The code of conduct says:
10. Treat other users with respect. Anyone who is constantly aggressive or confrontational will face action.

As you're a user with just a few posts, I'd recommend you take that on board to avoid any future problems.

My mate was day off so he went to the ground and we relocated from Block 305 to Block 326 and 10 rows nearer the pitch so I'm well chuffed!!

The general rule here seems to be, if you can do get down to the ground, as it's far quicker and you're more likely to get the move you want, however if you can't make it to the ground be prepared for a lengthy, frustrating wait, and seats you're not actually happy with in the end!
