Every point in the scheme of things is just as important as the next - in that way the OP is right.
But there are other factors - the derby is always the most looked forward to game and when we are top i suggest it still will be.
This one is even more important in our climb as we are 3 point behind them - a defeat leaves us 6 points behind the Rags and i don't see them taking Chelsea all the way. We need to start showing that we can compete against the top teams (the scum are still one of them), and that means winning at HOME and against these red gits AWAY as well.
