Emotion comes into it a fair bit. People felt angry and betrayed. The time of the announcement through to the withdrawal was short. People have had to process lots of information too. Even myself - felt let down and a bit worried that after CAS, that our chairman might have fucked things up unfairly for the players and fans alike. Now the dust has settled a bit I feel better on that side of things that maybe any sanctions won't be that bad - like many have said to protect the game and the league. On the back of Covid I don't think they can have a disruptive season next year. NO! We have committed no crime punishable by any of these!I thought the CAS case was the messiest saga we'd ever face, this might just top it. When the dust settles and the ESL disbands officially, we could be facing sanctions along with the 12 that signed up. Would you agree this could be likely?
