Return of Supporters

The club were talking about moving to mobile ticketign well before Covid. But the point has been made by our over-65 rep, backed up by the rest of us, that not all older people have the right technology or even any technology at all. And given that we probably have an older fan demographic than most, that's going to be a problem they'll need to deal with or they could be falling foul of discrimination legislation.
I am all in favour of technology but the club doesn't seem to handle it well. They have limited the mobile tickets to just Iphones and more recent android models. My smartphone (Samsung S6) is just six years old but is not compatible with Google Pay. There must be many City fans like me affected by this. Obviously I still can't get through on the phone to sort this. Why can't our phone system cope when we are actually only selling 10,000 tickets? It's a very small task.
The other issue is that our website remains truly appalling. For an organisation of our size and scale it is just not fit for purpose. Don't get me wrong the club is world class in so many ways on and off the field but unfortunately our comms remain poor.

The thread is called “Return of Supporters” not “Should teams take the knee “ so, as pointed out, fuck all to do with fans returning
Did you even read my post?

It was about how fans react, not whether they should do it or not.

How does a post about the behaviour of fans when they return have 'fuck all' to do with fans returning?

If you're going to gatekeep threads (and be a rude prick about it), at least do it properly.

Turin about 10 seasons ago when we played Juventus in Turin's stadium. Minus 12 with the wind coming off the Italian Alps.
That second half was the longest I remember it was so cold, we all then wanted to get out of the ground to warm up but they kept us in for at least 30 to 40 minutes after the game, that's the coldest I have ever been.
