Mine downloaded fine without the gmail imports setting, isn't that just for automatic downloads into Gpay?Make sure you open the mail in the gmail app/inbox. And make sure gmail imports is active.

All I can say was I was at the game and heard nothing, may have been Spurs fans ?, not City fansWell I'm not making it up and if you watch it back from the Sky coverage you can hear it, albeit faintly as I'd imagine it wasn't many out of our end that did it, but it did happen.

You have solved it! I was using my Samsung email to access my gmail. Didn't realise I had to use specific the gmail app! Still don't understand why but thanks! Thanks for the other suggestions too from the other membersMake sure you open the mail in the gmail app/inbox. And make sure gmail imports is active.
No I couldn’t sort it, I’ve just downloaded the ticket onto my dads iPhone through Apple PayDid you manage to sort it? I've got the same problem
