Richard Dunne {merged}

It's a fucking disgrace.....
Top centre half,
Always played his heart out for the club,
Would still love to be in the team,
Adored by the fans,

nahh you wont get a boo but why have a dig at us really was there any need if u love the fans like u say u do wouldnt it just be better to keep ure mouth shut

Richard deserved to be treated honestly. The fact that our club didn't do this is disappointing and worrying.

I've not read anything from Dunne that criticizes the club or fans but just the way the current regime handled things ie. Cooke and his cronies. I read earlier in the week that City were giving Dunne some sort of bonus in lieu of his testimonial which was then withdrawn and Hughes promise to Dunne that he could stay if he wanted also seems to have been withdrawn. It all smacks of Cooke undermining MH IMO.

Why are people concerned about this!! Richard Dunne has committed the cardinal sin of 'gobbing off' after leaving the club! Fact; he was a liability last term, he is not at the standard required to push ahead like we are doing. He is just mouthing off and therefore has lost any chance of getting the 'hero's applause/welcome' in future games. Fuck him! I will be going to AV away 5th Oct, we should give him the same reception that Gareth Barry will get by the home crowd - pelters!

People are concerned about this because we hope we will not throw away our decency in our pursuit of success.

We will certainly not be giving away our captain in the name or game of decency. I remember Chelsea, last game of the season 2001, Richard Dunne turned up late having consumed copious amounts of hooch the night before! No, he was part of the old City, no place for him in the new City. Twat!

There is a light said:
Question: How many own-goals did Dunnie score in his City career and is he the all time Premier League top own-goalscorer?

Once more Dunne tops the table, joint most red cards and now joint most own goals

6 - Richard Dunne
6 - Frank Sinclair
5 - Jamie Carragher
5 - Henning Berg
5 - Michael Dubbery
5 - Rio Ferdinand
5 - Richard Rufus
