Rick Parfitt RIP

i was at that concert, milton keynes bowl,1984, that song along with big fat mama were just simply brilliant, love quo, RIP rick
That was the end of the road tour.we went to watch marillion who were the support.we started to exit when quo came on as we didn't like them ,thought wed give em 10 mins ,ended up dancing for 3 hours ,
Took my kids to see them 30 years later

never really liked or listened to the quo, Rock 'n' Roll i did like and still watch it on you tube when i have a beer in me, its one of those tunes that gets you going, sad to see another bow out, 2016 has claimed a few victims from the stage, RIP rick'y lad

Saw them at Bingley Hall (Staffs) way back in 1975 and by fuck you knew you`d seen them.My fucking ears were ringing for days after.Loved them in their early years but for me they went downhill pretty fast in the 1980`s onwards.
RIP Rick.

I saw them at Preston Guild Hall maybe a year earlier, and I concur it was fooking loud....RIP Rick you gave me so much pleasure as a teenager and young adult.

RIP Rick, a true rocknroller, had the pleasure to work with them a long long time ago, lovely bunch. Their albums from 70-76 are all classics.

..and for the record, they only did that horrible rag record for the money, they did anything for money in the 90s, think Rick supported QPR and Francis supports Palace.

met him once, absolute tosser but you know it was at the hieght of their fame, was told years after that both were off their tits most of the time so probably why

Anyway RIP 2016 is an evil year
