Ridiculous things from City's history

How on earth has this man not made it onto this thread yet?

Losing an FA Cup final to Wigan, who were relegated from the Premier League just 3 days later.

Never forget 1925-26: sack manager in November, decide not to replace him immediately, get the vice chairman Albert Alexander to pick the team, beat mufc 6-1 at OT in the League Derby but struggle elsewhere, get to the FA Cup final after beating mufc in the semi, lose at Wembley, finally appoint a manager to take charge after Wembley, lose final games and get relegated after missing a pen that would have saved the club, become the first team to reach a final and get relegated in same season. Typical City!
