Police should crackdown HARD! This has NOTHING to do with perceived injustice and EVERYTHING to do with thugs thinking they can use this smokescreen to get away with shit. Nothing a good smack with a nightstick, or rubber bullet or some dye packs that will identify you for a few days if you want to wander the streets. If they are good enough for bank robbers, then they should be good enough to spray on crowds on thugs and looters.
