I have been watching Mike play since 1963/4, and can think of no other player that had more sky blue blood running though him. He saw the bad times as well as the good times. City through and through.

Manchester born and bred, CITY through and through that was Mike Doyle CITY legend. The last 12 months has been a very sad time for our club with the loss of our greatest ever coach, Nelly , Ken Barnes and now BIG MIKE. R.I.P to all of you. None will be forgotten.

Very sad news, his 100% commitment and pride in the shirt was an example to all around him. Mike must have been so proud watching Vinny, Nige and Zab continuing his legacy.
