Rishi Sunak

Once again PMQ's is exposed as a completely ineffectual forum to hold the PM to account.

Agreed, but it is cumulative. The questions keep coming, the answers don’t, and at some point the PM is ousted.

What is baffling, is that on day 1 of Sunak, he has to dodge and scurry from questions about security, integrity and sleaze, and all because of a poor appointment he made a few hours into the job.

Add in Williamson, and then Raab inevitably shitting the bed, and we’re looking at Govt in crisis territory (again).

It’s not as if haven’t seen this script play out several times already.

He had a choice between capitulating to the far right wing of the party and getting to be PM in crisis or losing the leadership vote when the racist party members got a chance to influence things.

Utterly bizarre.

But I suppose it is understandable that your average low information, unthinking, compliant, obedient drone who's terrified at the prospect of the world be in any way different to the official narrative spoon-fed to them by their government would take comfort in believing this.
The tinfoil has sold out.

Someone will post Cooper's bit. Does the Home Secretary still have access to sensitive documents??? Did the Cabinet Secretary recommend against her reappointment? The story is that she did the emails when she was tired - are they going to take her phone off her when she's tired?

"National security is too important for this."
These people don't give a flying fuck about the electorate, national security, or anything else that might be construed as governing for the benefit of the nation just as long as they can park their arses around the cabinet room at No10!

Yep. Disappointing. It descends into playground heckling and is more about sensationalism for media clicks than any true debate. Starmer just laughing at Sunak's response on the economy is unacceptable. It is laughable but for millions in this country who are on their knees they need and deserve more than that and Starmer has to be their voice. We need serious opposition, not one that gets drawn into the Tory party game of distraction.

Our current government are inept. His cabinet are proven to be incapable and they need dragging out of there. Yet again false headlines spouted as achievements without true challenge. New police, new hospitals, same old nonsense.

Point the finger at his cabinet but he also had to dodge questions over his own integrity. Let's not pretend he is an innocent good guy in all of this. He's a posh prick who couldn't give a shit about regular folk.
