Aguero was doing the same in Peps first season when he went through that terrible period with 6 league goals in 6 months. He would play well in the build up but not manage to score as well, or he'd score but be absent in the build up. Eventually he managed to join the two, and Mahrez will click with it at some point too.

After Christmas we'll see him properly, just like Bernardo last year and Sané the season before.

Definitely, very easy to under estimate just how big a step up he has taken. Minimum of 6mths to a season before we see the real Mahrez and that is what I am looking forward to the most!
