How far do you reckon he'll go with his strike. Or rather, how far do you reckon Kia will push him to be on strike

Is it right that when mahrez signed his new contract that he had a buyout clause of 60m and it’s why Leicester haven’t turned that bid down?

This is correct. Football transfers don't work the same way as most of life's purchases, because the player is under contract its the selling club who will value the player not the buyer.
 
It may be already done, an agreement by both clubs on timings to announce it? both have games tonight so either 3pm in time for evening press or after the game.
