What advantage would saying it’s done gain them though Tolm?

I could understand his people briefing sky that it still wasn’t done if they wanted to create an auction by bringing in other bidders, because they thought that City (or Leicester) were dragging things out deliberately, to gain an advantage of some sort, but I definitely don’t get why they would leak that it was done.

Well it isn't going to happen this week then, well true to form, at the beginning of the week it will happen at the end, during the week it will always be next week, repeat until done :-)

Personally, just think both sides are being cautious and we are almost there, plus there's hardly any further excitement to be generated from any of our signings this summer.
