I tend to agree on reflection but just think I’d rather see the £60m going towards getting Haaland. We might get two fantastic years out of Lewandowski but 10 out of Haaland for how much more??

ESPN reporting we and Chelsea are interested in signing him on BBC website.
Fee would be in the region of €60 million.
He is obviously v well known to Pep and would have thought this would make us favourites in a race with Chelsea.
He’s 32 but still probably one of the top 3 strikers around.
His injury record has been pretty good over the years.
Despite his age I think this could be a brilliant signing for us as a stopgap if Haaland was not available this summer.
