Why dont we just offer Ade to spuds on a free which will allow them to fund hs wages over the next years? Makes sense, because otherwise we're stuck with a player who isn't going to feature for City and go on a free in 2 years. That allows us to bid for RVP and get him in. Same for Santa Cruz if necessary. If RVP does go to United we've got massive problems, have no doubts about that!!

Why should we let a 12m striker go to Spurs for free, they know what he can do, he scored umpteen goals for them last season, I think it is fair we split the difference they only pay us half, 5.5m but they (Spurs) pay the wages he will be owed. We are not a charity and I think if they are not prepared to go along with this where else are they going to pick up a similar quality striker for less. If they don't agree to our demands, yes we will have him at our club with the reserves but their chances of top four next season will be damaged. I think enough is enough.

I rek rvp will go to manure, and I rek we are in a straight battle with Chelsea for cavani. Now he's over here for Olympics he will be getting tapped up left right and centre! Fergie needs rvp, we don't.

Ssn reporting Wenger as saying he wants the best striker in the world to stay.

Are there some missing words such as

Ssn reporting Wenger as saying he wants the best striker in the world to stay at home while Arsenal swan off to the far east and play some friendlies while he sorts out his new club.

Fabregas, Nasri, he always wants them to stay. Or at least until he's got his wedge.

The official Arsenal view is that they don't want to risk his fitness on what will be a demanding tour. The cynics would scoff, but considering they took Nasri on tour last season they might be genuine.

I've just watched the City Besiktas friendly on the official site, and I really hope Tevez stays as he looks like the player we signed from Utd. Looks like he has lost a lot of weight. Very promising.

I just heard on Talkshite Wenger moaning about us again, IMO means RVP nailed on.

Just heard that too mate, what a wanker, it was fine when they were on the gravy train when it left the station but out of order for anyone to try and catch them up, truth is he's just a spoilt little slapped arse with an unhealthy and illegal obsession.

He expects football clubs to be run as a business operating within means devalues winning any trophy with a loss of 150m. :-)

The man is not in touch with reality. :-)

edit: stupid fucking pic hoster :)

Spent yesterday with a Gooner season ticket holder. She was a business consultant type and was up north to show us how it is suppose to be done. She has done work for the club in the past and recently. When she found out I was City fan she congratulated us on our win, slagged of Arsen, hated United and slagged of RVP. Although Any mention of City is frowned upon within the club She did however confess that she and her friends likes watching City and the ex Arsenal players and see at as what they could have achieved if only the manager and board had taken some chances. She wants us to have him but thinks he is over hyped (typical Gooner response to anyone leaving) and before anyone asks... Yes I would and no I didn't
