Robinho

Facts - won 2 games away from home, Schalke and Sunderland. Robinho wasn't playing in either!!

Love the guy, hate the facts.

He needs bencing for away games and maybe coming on as an impact player until he gets to grips with the English game.

Doesn't really mean anything. De Jong, Given and Bellamy didn't play in those games either.

Remember, this is just my opinion

Robbie has scored 11 goals for us - and we've had the Ireland's and SWP's chipping in too. Let's not forget, Hughes plays him on the left of a three pronged attack - I would think he would do much better in a 4-4-2 or up-front and Bellamy wide. He had a half decent game in the first 45, but second half the whole team was awful

I think, given a little more time, and if he's fully fit anf focused for the start of next season, we will see the best of him. He's only 28 too, if I remember correctly

Come on guys, we're in the quarters. Robinho is the sort of player who can give us a life in Europe, bring a spark that wins us the game

He's only just turned 25 at the start of the year.

The guy oozes class, instant control, can put any defender on his arse with a bit of skill, cool under pressure, great finisher (normally), good attitude no matter what other people say, he clearly wants to win and do well. He's not above criticism, but people need to stop letting the press brainwash them against him.

Tabloids say Robinho is no good, the sheep all follow.

He's class. End of.

If we sell him who the fuck do you want to replace him with? Realistically it'd have to be one of Kaka, Messi or Ronaldo wouldnt it? Thick twats.

No offence like but that seems to be your repsonse to most posts.

Nobody is saying sell him but it has now become apparent that he's a liability away from home and maybe it's time to bench him away from home and maybe bring him on as an impact player.

The thing is you think he can do no wrong and he's the best player you've ever seen, you have to take your blue tinted glasses off. Your answer for most things as well is why can't we just support the team. When we're at games we do support them but what's the point in having a discussion forum if we can't point out people's faults after the game? You seem to think your the biggest blue just because you don't criticise anyone, if we all posted like you, this place would be boring and pointless.

Before I start, remember my earlier post, I have no agenda against Robinho, but to say we could only replace him with those three players is absurd considering we have replaced him with players we already have at the club and pulled off superb results and performances (Schalke and Villa).

Looks like you're the thick twat!

Robinho is a class player, very tricky going forward, creates good openings and has skill to die for. Unfortunately he doesn't track back when he needs to and gives the ball away on the half way line too many times (especially away from home when the opposition are pushing forward).

He had a fucking stinker again last night along with one or two others.
He hasn't had a good game away from home all season but does excite and play well in an attacking formation at home on a big pitch where he has space and doesn't get bullied.

People are entitled to their opinion so it isn't 'end of' PRICK!!

So lets get it clear: You want Robinho to turn into Darius Vassell who's shite at everything except running and bundling into players. Now I've heard it all.
