Chelski and he did a good job coming of the bench agianst Blackburn.

This is by far the most depressing thread ever om Bluemoon, people wanting to run a very talented player out of the club because he does not run around enough.

The entire team bar Garrido was gash today, yet Robbie again gets singled out for abuse, very strange imo.

we know but its not just about today ffs

No need to shout mate, we are all gutted about todays result.

Bluemoon just has a tendency to be a bit ott when we lose.

Not to long ago there was a long thread demanding Tevez head on a stick, players have bad spells, perhaps some people should be a little less fickle.

ROBINHO IS NOT A PREMIER LEAGUE PLAYER!! yes he was brilliant (at home) last season, but he never did it away, and he hasn't done it at home or away this season.

I still have a massive soft spot for him, i'd love it to work out with him, but i just dont think it will. I have to say that i disagree when people say he doesn't care and doesn't try, i just think he's very low in confidence, and he's a player who can't tackle, even if he tried (which he does).

I think he needs to leave, yes he probably will be amazing at barcelona, but he's just never going to do it at city.

Robinho, i'm so so sad to say it, you'll always be remembered by the city fans for one reason or another, and for me the reason is you gave me one of the most exciting moments of my life on the night that we signed you, and your tricks and flicks at home are always a pleasure to see, but your time, sadly is up.

Farewell to (potentially) the best and most naturally gifted player this club has ever had, what a shame it hasn't worked out.

But. . . .football is a funny old game . . . .

what did bellamy tevez petrov do today that robinho didnt?
Tevez and bellers always show desire and effort, even if it sometimes doesnt have an end result, agree about petrov though, was a poor show today and he is inconsistent with form, however,he at least poses a threat occasionally,Rob never looks arsed, always operating at half throttle, there lies the difference - no heart.

No response?

I ask again... Robinho lovers...when was his last good game for City?

You seem to be able to read the posts you want, so why not this one?

It's normal for Bluemoon. Robinho gets it in the neck. Bellamy walks on water. Anyone who disagrees is a rag. Doesn't bother me. Heard it all before about Tevez and SWP and Richards and Lescott and Bridge and whoever. Basically anyone apart from Bellamy who is god.

Ive been 100% behind Robby since day 1, seeing a player of such undoubted quality come to City was an incredible day, and some of the stuff he produced last season was exquisite.

But, i now need to see something from him to show my defence of him as been justified, cus this season he has looked like a player in his debut season............ for a Sunday park side.

I know you're going through a tough time Ade but no need to take it out on Robi, you're not the most hard working player yourself :).

I'll help the Robinho lovers out with some excuses for him again:

1. He's injured.
2. Rape case.
3. Give him another season.
4. Hughes hates him.
5. He plays just off the striker.
6. Infact no, he is a left sided player after all.
7. You have to keep playing him as he has a "moment of magic" than can "change a game", despite no examples.
8. He's still working out how to adapt.
9. He's not used to the weather.
10. He is funny off the pitch though.
11. He has "inho" in his name and is Brazilian.

And finally for the brazilians/under 12's/his family:

12. He was the best player on the pitch again and you all watched a different game.

Feel free to add your own.

Yes, we know that as well but while the team have been winning nobody says anything about him. As soon as we lose like today and Spurs everyone manages to pick out Robbie for a poor performance.

That's because he's not been playing, hense we've been winning! he was given a chance today and he didn't deliver, at least the other players just had a bad day, he's having a terrible season.

Whilst Robbie is obviously a skilful player, his desire and determination is non-existent, oh and he needs to lose weight, he`s carrying more than a few LBS of weight around his stomach and ass, yes I`m aware that he`s been injured but a professional sportsman of his age with the help at his disposal should have lost that in a couple of weeks, which again leads back to the no desire or determination.
