It took Fernandinho half a season or so to really hit his straps. When this lad does he will be comfortably the best DM in the world.

Was excellent yesterday. I can see aspects of a DLP or box-to-box midfielder in him, the way he was driving forward, was reminiscent of Toure.
Think we could get great success out of a 3 of: KDB, Rodri & Fernandinho/Fernandinho's future replacement behind them.
For those saying Rodri is Fernandinho's replacement - I get that, he's a DM, he's great defensively, but I really do see a Toure-type player, who was originally a DM/CB at Barcelona.
