Rodrygo

If he's available, and of the attacking Madrid players he's probably the most likely one they let go (and the one with the best attitude by far) then it's a no brainer.

A champions league level right sided attacker. We'd be daft not to, and deal with the home grown consequences later. Him and Wirtz in would be some summer.

They are starting to get into a situation where they were in the early to mid to late 00s when they have too much talent stacked in certain areas.

Chelsea benefitted massively from this with Makele, Bayern with Robben, Inter with Cambiasso, Walter Samuel to Inter, Sneijder to Inter.

That Inter team that won the treble under Jose had a fair few Real Madrid cast-offs.

He scored 2 goals against us that’s why. I feel like rodrygo is the type of player who will get exposed very hard when not playing for Madrid. Like I never got why they even bought him. He wasn’t that HIGHLY regarded in Brazil and was never anywhere near Benzema, Vini or currently Mbappe. Even last year when they had free flow football and he had all the freedom. He is not an upgrade and we would just help Madrid to get Wirtz. Can’t see any club giving them their 80-100M for such an inconsistent player who never shows up for his national team
 
He’d be amazing for us at left wing. He is not a right winger which is the position he plays for Real because they have Vincius. When Rodrygo has the possibility to play left wing he always turns up and looks dangerous cutting in
 
I'm not a fan if this is true.. but his production has to be better than Grealish's.

So maybe they think they can do better with this 100 mil than the last 100 mil.
