Roll call for 9 minute protest

I would hazard a guess that no season ticket prices will be announced until after the 115 verdict is delivered no matter how many demonstrations take place.

To be honest, when I saw the highlights this morning on the City website, I was embarrassed. Mny City fans missed the first goal, and just fuelled the empty seats propaganda. There are surely better ways to make the owners listen. What concerned me more were the number of empty seats at the end of the game. We need to show our support for the team.

FFS, give it a rest!

So if we get charged there will be a freeze? If we’re innocent then an increase.

It shouldn’t make a difference. Freeze or reduce the prices either way in my opinion.

I didn't want to take part in the protest but I was completely committed to fuelling the empty seat propaganda, glad to see it worked

Just why?

I suspect you're probably right (otherwise, why haven't they released the prices yet). The only other potential factor is whether we get UCL or not.

Either way, it shouldn't affect ticket prices.

If we get punished in the 115 case, then why should fans pick up the bill? If we're cleared, then I don't think that's a green light to take the piss out of fans with another price rise (especially given how loyal we've been towards them throughout this ordeal).

If the players have underperformed all seasons and miss out on UCL, they'll not receive the huge bonuses they get for qualifying. Again, why should fans be expected to foot the bill?

I hope our protests didn't ruin your breakfast mate. Fingers crossed those nasty social media comments don't ruin your day.

We'll just put up with being treated like shit in future... to save you from feeling embarrassed. Got to get our priorities right, don't we.

Social media full of fans of other clubs praising it and even a Liverpool fan rang Talksport giving it Simon Jordan ( who slated City fans) for not understanding the issues whilst praising City fans.

What's shameful are your comments. They've been nothing short of blatant wumming and I'm astonished that you can even show your face on this thread today. If anyone's been dividing the fanbase, it's the likes of you so I suggest you look a bit closer to home before pontificating about others.
Ok clown, whatever you think, but the protest did NOTHING. In fact, there were less people there with 15 mins to go at the end than there were with 8 minutes gone at the start.

All we saw in the stadium at 9 mins were pockets of egotistical blokes come storming out shouting and ranting to other fans. It was more about them making their scene than standing up for people who actually can't afford tickets.

In fact, I saw many of the same people come in after the protest at 9mins, then disappear to the bar 10 mins before half time, arrive in their seats late for the second half only to disappear for good with 10 mins to go. What messaged does that send out about the legitimacy of the protest??

Egotistical :)

You're a real 'I'm a better fan than everyone else' kinda guy aren't you. Get off your high horse ffs
He’s right though. Maybe the Bournemouth fella does go and just hasn’t replied. As it stands though he’s telling people to the support the club at the stadium from his armchair.

I’ve got views on the protests etc but as someone who doesn’t put my money into the club and happily watches them on telly instead, I’m in no position to comment. I’m certainly not in a position to tell others the club needs to be supported better.

after we get done with the charges and go in to league 2, most of the day trippers will go and then we can get decent ticket prices with a 60k ground to fill,

You're either lying or stupid if you think the protest did nothing...

Worldwide media attention around a game that wasn't even televised in the UK.

You called it wrong. It's ok to be wrong sometimes. It happens to all of us. No point making this a hill to die on. Just accept you got it wrong and the protest went brilliantly. Anything else just makes you look bitter.
