I took my missis on a surprise trip to Venice once and got a gondola to the hotel and a bottle of chilled champagne waiting for us in the room.

That's more like it! What a lovely thing to do :-)
It didn't stop me running off with my PA and divorcing her:)

Whilst in Venice? ;-)

I've just watched a soppy film and am feeling all gooey. Talk to me about romance.
What's the most romantic thing you've ever done, or experienced...?
what film was it ?

Letters to Juliet. Terrible film. Don't judge me :-)

I like Amanda Seyfried she's good in 'Chloe'

Weird. I once surprised an ex girlfriend with a surprise trip to venice on valentines day. Didn't stop her running off with her boss and dumping me after 10 years. Moral of these 2 stories is obviously don't take anyone to venice if you want to stay with them.

I actually liked that film. I watched Casablanca on Cartoon HD, it wasn't on Netflix. I was tearing up at the end I might add.

Apparently Romance is being asked to do a two hour long kebab run by bus
