how can it? he's either won so it's reduced or it's frivolous so it goes up?
or are we making it up as we go along now?

Its an automatic 2 game ban for what he did..emphasis on the automatic..Ref said he would have sent him off had he heard him...taconinja said:Losing =/= FrivolousJoeMercer'sWay said:how can it? he's either won so it's reduced or it's frivolous so it goes up?

When we appealed the ban length of Balotelli's red card (we didn't appeal the red card itself) the ban wasn't increased, but stayed the same.
I agree. They need to stick by it or their "Respect" campaign is out the window. I was only pointing out that losing the argument doesn't automatically make the appeal frivolous. Rooney's team has an argument even if it ends up a losing one.samharris said:Its an automatic 2 game ban for what he did..emphasis on the automatic..Ref said he would have sent him off had he heard him...taconinja said:Losing =/= Frivolous

The FA stick by referee decisions (unless the ref changes his mind),why should they bow down to the accused whilst undermining their own ref ??
Doesnt make sense and would put their respect campaign in the dustbin..
