Some of the reactions to this transfer news is astonishing
Koulibaly 2 years ago was amongst the best defenders around. I'm not sure now given his age.Is he any good, any better than what we already have? It's better not to sign anyone than just keep going cheaper and cheaper, by the time we get someone for the price the likes of Villa and Newcastle spend they're probably not good enough to improve us.
Why is it that despite consistently getting CL money, incredible commercial sponsorship and TV income, winning the CAS appeal, as well as being listed in the top 5 wealthiest clubs, we are so reticent to spend whatever we need to to finally get a problem position right once and for all?
If Pep wants Koulibaly just fucking buy the lad. Otherwise next season we'll probably be back looking for a centre back again.
'@goodkidmancity' is enough to tell anyone to ignore a 14 year old pleb virgin
How do you know he’s better than Stones? He’s coming from Portugal, might as well be coming from Scotland, it’s a gamble from that league. Mangala, Javi Garcia, Fernando, they looked like world beaters.
Maybe we saw a payback time for napoli, we only spoke through the agent so saw the opportunity to string them along, then leave them high and dry.monchi maybe has agreed to leaking a kounde bid to help us get a good deal for dias,He's obviously at least our third choice. Otherwise I'm not sure what we were doing with Napoli all summer or why Monchi would say we bid for Kounde. It doesn't really matter one way or the other but he very clearly wasn't first choice at the start of the window, or even last week.
