I have to admit that I have no time for Rylands whatsoever.
Rylands was one of the great Rugby League clubs in town that provided an outlet for kids to play the game. Then Stretford came along and closed it all down in favour of creating a bigger football club that the town didn't really need or want.
Few people from Warrington seem to watch them and when I've been there, it's just been a mass of Scouse-immigrants.
Generally speaking, very few true Warrington townsfolk wish them anything but the worst.

A good NRL game in the morning if anyone is off work:
11:00am Sky Sports Mix
Melbourne v Parramatta
(Parra have won 7 out of 8 after a poor start to the season)
Been a bit scrappy this Hudds v Hull game.
It feels like both of these team should really be better than they are with the players they have. Neither seem to be at the standard of play they should be.

Tonights game was typical of a modern mid table SL game. Average quality, and you're almost glad when the game finishes.
I don't watch a great deal of NRL, but I do look forward to Saturday punditry with the pleasant Ms Sampson.onnFox 502

I prefer Wigan to the bin dippers. Saints have got some great fans but they are bad winners IMHO. Yes Wigan are brutal in their anti Saints banter but they have the balance right in other fixtures. They celebrate their own success most of the time and take the piss out of the opposition for the remainder.
I enjoyed Hull KR and Leigh making it to Wembley. Wellens was right to call out the atrocious tackling technique btw, albeit Saints ruined May with a similar challenge in the World Club Challenge game.
