Rugby World Cup 2023

You’ll end up against Wales or Fiji or Australia.
Two of those three could really get at you.
I know shag all about rugby really, but it does make me feel Ireland are screwed by the side of the draw we’re in.
To get to the semis we will probably have had to play and beat RSA, Scotland, France or NewZealand.

England could progress a long way in this tournament.
Ireland will need luck as well as top form.
Ireland have got a tough draw but it’s no tougher to what City faced getting to the Champs League final. Plus Ireland’s team will be fresh atm having played a couple of no hopers.

Ireland will win this tournament if they genuinely believe they are the best side in the World. You don’t win the World Cup without playing top teams.

As I say I’m no rugby head, but the country goes wild when it comes to the national team at any sport.
I love watching the rugby, but it’s hard to shake off that feeling that we always seem to peak the year before a WC tournament. This team seems different but we’re all afraid to dream.

I think Ireland will win the World Cup. Some of the heat and even wet wether today are making the conditions tricky but I think Ireland have the best team.

I hope if Ireland do play France there are a good split of Frenchies and Irish in the stadium so home advantage isn’t too one sided

Not a big rugby follower. Enjoy the six nations, the games between Australia/New Zealand etc...
But one observation from watching England tonight, is how many handling errors they make.
It's bizarre.
Is it the ball?
The conditions????
