Rule Changes | EFL & PL | 2023/24

Handball is handball, irrespective of intent. Yes, players will be hard done by (like Micah at Anfield in the LC back in, around, 2011?). But it would put an end to the current confusion. As it stands, it's a toss of the coin whether it's given or not.
I would argue the opposite. Only penalise a handball if it's deliberate, which is pretty rare, or if the offending player gains an advantage.
 
As always, mike up the refs with decisions broadcast over the system in the ground and on TV the commentary with VAR.

Holding in the box during corners, it was meant to be clamped down on years ago but doesn’t ever seem to get punished.
