Well done mate, honestly you can easily run 10k or even further on an empty stomach if you've eaten correctly the day before.
Did a 5-mile run today at an avg HR of 132 and a slightly faster pace of 9:25. Felt like there was more in the tank to stay within HR Max. Feels like the training is starting to kick in at last.Took me about three months for it to really kick in, I never went over the hr for that period
Your not wrong, I run most mornings fasted and anything up to 13 mile
