Running thread

22km today, starting at 8am. I had a big bowl of pasta for tea yesterday. I wonder if this contributed to me feeling great during the run.

Or it may have been the frequent stops to take pictures of the scarecrows that have been displayed for the Lymm Scarecrow Trail. (There are 42 in all, with a nice little detour up to MacDonalds at Lymm Services).

Great run, well on course for the Marathon.
 
Day 904 in a row now.
Hitting my final 100 days hard.
done a 10k yesterday and 3-5 miles other days this week. Will hit half marathon at weekend.
im cutting down on beer and fast food and not drinking fizzy drinks.
want to get to the 1000 days finish line in style.

It's funny, I hear people say they're finding running hard because of how much they drink, and as a teetotaller I'm like puft pathetic!!! But then I realise I'm just as addicted to pepsi max cherry and it is probably really affecting my running, I just can't give it up.
 
I am running to lose weight on a treadmill, what kind of time is 58:40 for 8k.

Also, how do transition from machine to road, I find it really hard to run outdoors but can plug away for over an hour the treadmill.
